You van watch the video tutorial or follow step by step instructions below
Once you've added or imported your items, the pricing catalogue should look something like this, and you can now use them for quoting. (See the Bulk Import article or the 'Add Item' tutorial if you haven't done so already)
- Search an address, add a design of your choice then click on the “$” button as per the below image. This is the "Quote” tool.
You will see the selected design (in this case a Pool costing $50,000) and an "Add Item” button at the bottom.
- Clicking on the “+” symbol next to “Pools” will show the pool you selected. In this case its “Rectangle”.
You are now ready to add your ITEMS, building up your quote.
- Click on “Add Item” button.
- Here you will see the “ITEM GROUPS” you imported. Click on the “ITEM GROUP”.
- Lets say you are looking for a PUMP, if you know where to search;
- Select “Pool Equipment” which will show all the “ITEM SUB GROUPS” as per the below image.
- Select “Pump” which will now show all the ITEMS. You can now select the pump you want e.g. “Theraflo S-Series 0.75hp” you will now see the selected pump under “List”. Here you can increase the quantity or remove if selected in error. At the bottom you will also see a running total of dollar amount and number of items selected.
Let’s say you didn’t know where the pump was, you can always search for it within the search bar, this bring back anything containing the search term in this case the ITEM SUB GROUP “Pump” and all ITEMS with containing the word “pump”.
- Lets now add a few ITEMS and finish your quote. In the below image you will see we have selected 9 items, totalling $3,090. You can now click “Add to Quote” button.
You will now see your quote. Notice the total is $50,000 for the Pool + all the ITEMS added totalling $53,090.
At this stage you maybe wanting to display the information in the Quote better as its hard to read a list of ITEMS without breaking it up for the client. This is where QUOTE SECTION and QUOTE SUB SECTION can be used. (not to be confused with ITEM GROUP and ITEM SUB GROUP)
