When you first login to Canibuild, you will be presented with the Home Screen / Map View.
Legend:
A Search Bar
To begin, type any address in the search bar located in the top left hand of the application. As you type, addresses will be suggested in the drop down based on the information provided. Simply click on the desired address and press enter. This will generate a map view of the property.
If you do not see your address in the drop down, the property may be unregistered or in an area that Canibuild does not cover at this stage. Contact support by emailing support@canibuild.com in such situations
B Profile, Dashboard and Help
Profile; This allows you to logout, access your settings and change your preferences.
Help; Here you can find additional help resources. If you encounter an issue on Canibuild you can click the help icon to contact the team and report a problem, or access Frequently asked Questions.
My Dashboard; All past searches are stored in your Dashboard. You can track and lookup all past searches.
C Toolbox
Camera Icon; This allows you to take a screenshot of the address searched.
Pen Icon; Here you can annotate against the map, making it easy to make notes, draw lines and other shapes. Click on the icon and click anywhere on the screen to begin. (Coming Soon!)
Contours: Show a 200x200m contour map against lookup address. Contours will be shown at 1m level. The colour scale is RED Indicating highest AHD level and BLUE the lowest.
Flip: Allows you to flip selected image design.
D Map Adjust
Maximise Screen; Allows you to show full screen
Zoom Level; Allows you to adjust zoom scale as required
Street View; Allows you to show the street view for the address lookup (Coming Soon!)
E Map View
Once you have selected a property in the Search Bar, a map view will activate.
Terrain View; Shows Street names and lot information
Arial View; Shows an aerial image
You can change from satellite view to map view by pressing the Map View button as shown in Map View. The boundary of the property is depicted through the black (map view) and white (terrain view) lines that outline the block. This way, when placing a structure on the property you can ensure you stay within the property boundaries.
